Description

An A-1E Skyraider at Hill AFB that has been restored to have the appearance of the aircraft Bernard Fisher flew when he earned a Medal of Honor rescuing his wingman on March 10, 1966. Fisher landed his A-1 despite heavy fire to get his friend, "Jump" Myers, and safely got the man off the ground.

Have you been to Eglin AFB in Florida? they have most of the planes outside (mostly because most of them are way to big to fit inside).
